You are correct sir, and I crawled under it yesterday to see if I was dealing with a cracked tranmission case or broken RMM or anything of that nature. Everything checked out good. On to the next step of tearing this thing apart on a lift, and getting a new clutch hopefully that will be the extent of my problems. Oh yeah UPDATE!! Car will no longer go into reverse.

You have likely bent the pressure plate torque straps due to the large backwards force that a clutch should never see. They are the 3 (only 2 pictured) silver straps on the outside of the pressure plate and are only designed to pull, not push!
