5k RPM engine note when lifting

Hey guys, please watch the short video I've attached.

So lately, I've been taking my car up to the backroads, and I guess I never really let it rip because this sound is new to me.

When I lift at around 5,000rpm, there's a slight whine from the engine. And it resonances with the dash and of course, the GoPro picks it up. In person, it's just a slight whine, and not the "crackling-grind" as you hear in the video.

But regardless, there is a different engine note when I lift at 5,000rpm (only around 5,000rpm and nowhere else in the powerband). What could it be?

It makes my car sound all broken... :(

Sounds like something mechanical to me, like the exhaust hitting something, only at particular rpms.....

Sounds like something loose that resonates, at those rpms

Cool video

It's much less quieter in real life though. There is definitely a different note at 5,000rpm when I lift, but it's really quiet. The damn dash panel resonates with it and the GoPro picks it up (that's why it's sounds loud).

There are no vibrations or anything, it's just a note.
