What are you guys getting for you AFR #'s?? i have 11.3/29.4

BUNGEEZZ 05-18-2010 09:32 AM

14.7*

8.5MS3 05-18-2010 09:34 AM

0-30

TRex 05-18-2010 09:34 AM

what...actual AFR when?

coasting 29.4....part throttle cruising 14.7....part throttle acceleration 13-12...WOT 9-10

and why do you ask?

Sniper2606 05-18-2010 09:36 AM

yeah sorry i meant to ask at idle and coasting. and im just wondering if everyone #'s looks about the same

at idle for me 14.5

8.5MS3 05-18-2010 09:38 AM

idle should be 14.7 (14.69-14.81 on the DH)
coasting in gear above 1500rpm or so is 29.xx, it should be infinity, but the scale ends at 30

DSIT995 05-18-2010 09:39 AM

CL PT will always target 14.7 (stoich)

TRex 05-18-2010 09:45 AM

your idle is 11.3? damn that is rich

Fagwagon 05-18-2010 09:45 AM

apparently im seeing 11.7 at wot after the big turbo instal and a range of 12.5 up to 13.2 i definitly wont be going wot again untill i get that dialed in.

Im assuming that was the full range (wot - overrun). he said 14.5 at idle

my tuner set my afr at WOT between 11.6-11.8. I wouldnt go any leaner than that without meth

Fagwagon 05-18-2010 09:53 AM

what, idle should be around 14s maybe 13s

BUNGEEZZ 05-18-2010 10:03 AM

14.6-14.8 idle.

You MOFO'S NEED A TUNE!!

TRex 05-18-2010 10:08 AM

ive never seen 13 at idle....sometimes it will be low 14s especially just after a run as for WOT ive been dipping into the 9's recently.....but then again i just reset fuel trims on sunday so it is still learning

Wow 9:1 afr's? That's pig fucking rich dude...

8.5MS3 05-18-2010 10:12 AM

thats the stock tune....sucks balls

TRex 05-18-2010 10:15 AM

yea...i usually hit 9 right as i get on it...it will then back off to low 10's....fucker is rich as hell =D but like they said...stock tune

MS3-a(sore)ASS-rex 05-18-2010 10:22 AM

I'm amazed that people aren't fouling plugs every 5k miles with a stock tune. Sheesh.

Addikted To Boost 05-18-2010 10:23 AM

rich = cooler temps = safe = less power

Sniper2606 05-18-2010 10:27 AM

well i though i was loosing my mind when every time i shift it goes up to 20's 29 i guess thats normal

speedzilla 05-18-2010 10:39 AM

yea my idles at 14.7, wot it will jump to about 11.6-11.8 and cruising around is about the same as idle 14.6-14.8

actually do a log.....i will post the one i did a couple nights ago...it is a WOT 4->5...if you watch the AFRs on the shift....when you let off before you let go of the clutch you hit the 20's AFR...as soon as you let off the clutch it will go uber rich...9-10...then hit 12-4 before you get back on it....mind you this is all in a split second...but you can see it if you log it....our cars go rich between shifts....the afr in the 20's you are seeing is the fraction of a second you let off the gas before you engage the clutch

TRex 05-18-2010 01:42 PM
