Anybody Want a Cocktail?

fucking gross. Can someone just enlighten me again what exactly is coming out of my OCC? This crap stinks like gas.

Also, the one on the left accumulated over the weekend. actually about 3 days. I drove from Burlington to Boston and back, about 500 miles. wtf. This thing fills up pretty damn fast. Would it be a problem to hook two catch cans in series? I need some more capacity I think.

Mine only had about an ounce of fluid after about 250 miles. It looks like chocolate milk.

+1 that's how I describe mine as well. It also doesn't really separate if I leave it sitting for a while.

Mine separates, but it only separates into chocolate milky brown stuff on the bottom and black stuff on the top.

you actually would probably want to run the cans in parallel that way they both filter.

superskaterxes 02-03-2010 02:25 PM

clearly you have a cement mixer shot right there.

like split the lines into 2, one for each can, then bring them back together?

8.5MS3 02-03-2010 03:07 PM

split the hose in two before the can, then join them back into one line after. if you run them one after the other, the 1st can is gonna fill fast, and the 2nd is gonna barely get anything. which will require you to drain at the same rate as if you had 1 can

so it goes Engine --<8>--IM
