Bad belt already
 

So just started trying to sell my car and had to issues come up at the same time.

First my serpentine belt needs to be changed already, at 27,300 miles. Got a nice line in it thats starting to fray and make noise.

Second my front drivers side wheel well was making a loud screeching noise in reverse only. Would also switch to a grinding noise at times. Luckily and oddly enough it was a rock stuck between the rotor and shield.

Guess my car doesn't want me to sell it.
