WELL I KNO ITS KINDA STUPID QUESTION BUT BEFORE IM FUCKIN UP MY CAR I RATHER ASK ... IS IT BAD THAT IM IN 5TH GEAR OR 6 NORMAL SPEEDS... SOMETIMES HIGHER AND I DOWNSHIFT TO 3RD ALL THE TIME .. I NEVER REALLY DOWNSHIFT ONE GEAR USUALLY I DOWNSHIFT 2 GEARS IDK WHY JUS GOT USED TO DOING THAT ... CAN I KNOW IF THIS IS BAD THE CAR ?? =]

That could be bad.. It really depends on your speed. If you're going 50mph in 4th gear and let it slow down to 20mph or so and switch to second then you're fine. If you're going 120 in 6th gear and then switch to 4th you could really hurt your transmission. So it's relative to your speed.

as long as ur using ur brake while downshifting to slow down u should alright. sometimes i will slow down while downshifting while coming to a stop etc. just as long as when u downshift ur not high reving that shit u should be good.

I definitely recommend downshifting whenever it's unnecessary. Whenever you hit the red-line, downshift 2 gears immediately IMO.
