Well those tabs are on all the pp. I use the most up to date revision. And The Fidanza should not be any smaller or larger diameter as it is a direct OEM replacement.

Turns out the problem is not with the OEM parts its that Fidanza didnt do their homework and the dimensions of their flywheel is off from the dimensions of OEM>

I have over 500,000 miles of driving experience, all on stick. The only clutch I have ever had to replace was on my last car ('98 maxima) an that at 170,000 miles. My 2007 MS6's clutch died after 1 year of my ownership (bought it used) at just over 49,000 miles. $3000 dollars (all OEM) later it runs alright, but when it is cold out (40 degrees or below), 2nd gear still grinds a little until the car is warmed up. Anybody else have this issue?

That could be a couple things. Most likely not greased mainshaft if it didnt grind before the install. If it did then it could just be your tranny fluid but I would venture to say they did not grease the splines.
