nice dude, congrats, looks like a ton of work.

any reason you chose to pull the motor from the top? A lot of times I see people remove the bumper and crash bar, and bring it out the front of the car.

Wow, good shit. Congrats. Really wish I would have done that with my ms6.

Nice build. I gotta remind myself to detail my 8's FI build on here as well as RX-8 club.

saved a hells lot of work. didnt have to remove the bumper, frame, intercooler, radiator, fan.. all that junk stayed put... just took the intake mani off give some more room and pops right out the top :)

Did you replace the rear main seal, flywheel bolts and crank pulley bolt?

Thats How I see most motors being pulled, is from the top. Looks like it worked fine!

Good shit man..looks real good, If I had mechanic buddy to help me, I might have the balls to do it. Anyways your doing it RIGHT....cost more time and money...but now you know your set in terms of your motor handling power.

Good luck on turbo choices, You have options. for 450 whp, Garrett and Precision turbos seem nice for this car. BorgWarner are making some killer EFR turbos, with FULL RACE trying to make kit for us. anyways good luck with everything.
