Can this head be salvaged 1 Attachment(s) ok so abt 2 years ago i threw a rod and the block has been setting outside for a While... this is the only cylinder with bent valves the rest are fine and there is quite a bit of extensive rust but can this head be re worked? |

yea, that rust is probably just surface rust on the carbon buildup. alu has a hard time rusting. clean it up, repair the bent stuff. |

Only way to know is at a machine shop to check for warping and cracks. Blasting too. |
