| Not Ranked : 0 score Did you do the engine assembly yourself jarod? Are you positive it wasn't over torqued in any way? Cruzito had the same issue as you, and i just want to know if this is one of the things to look out for. May be best to torque to the low end of the spec and use a dab of lock tight. Dunno.

| Not Ranked : 0 score Yes I believe they did just bend them a little. I'm not sure if they knew they were touching by turning the motor over or if wiseco said to do it somewhere. Ruzito knows what happens if you don't do that .

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score I did not do the assembly on my bottom end. However there was no mention of having to tweak the squirters. When i installed the new one and turned the motor over it did not contact the piston in anyway. I am not sure that its a wiesco issue for sure. The machine shop that did the assembly said they did not have to tweak them either. |
