CNT or Corksport?
 

Trying to decide between corksport and cnt CBE, does anyone know where i can find a good picture of the cnt installed I know its a bit angled but cant find any good straight on pictures and not sure if ide like it. But what do you all think as far as sound and quality between the two?

I have not heard a Corksport. But I am liking my CNT compared to stock.

Its quieter in the cabin. The 3000 rpm trailing throttle drone is gone. There's a slight on-throttle drone instead but it's really quiet. It's a trade I'm happy with. The noise that I do hear sounds better than the stock exhaust.

The exhaust is louder than stock when you really get on the throttle. I don't mind that. It's not that loud.

The angled tip is a little wierd but I didn't care about it enough to spend the ~$100 more for something else. On mine the tip's not centered in the bumper cutout. I need to get back under the car and loosen the flange and reposition it. The flanges have a fair amount of slop in them, so you can adjust the angle a bit.

Just ordered a CNT myself. Seems like nothing but great reviews.

I have not heard a CNT but the Cork Sports is the best sounding CB that I have heard and is the favorite among MS3 owners. The CS has the WRX boxer sound. It is also one of the cheaper CB's.

personally, the CNT sounds the best from what i've heard. There is a ton of info from just searching CNT on here.

CNT CBE should be here on Friday, couldn't rationalize spending $250 more dollars because the tip is angled at 30 degrees

Just installed my CNT. Cant beat the price and the sound is way better than expected. Actually quite quiet in the car and the outside it sounds great. Not obnoxious just a nice grumble. You cant beat < $350. No point buying any other exhaust for $100's more.

I love the sound of the CS, nice deep throaty sound. Look around there are plenty of videos on here

Installed my CNT catless TBE and I couldn't be happier. The sound/fitment was great, no complaints here other than taking off the stock dp.

I just installed my corksport on saturday. I haven't turned on my radio since.

When you actually see it in person, you're able to see its just all girth all the way back and non-fart-can-ish at all in fact....just a wide open void of whore-ish-ness that sounds better every morning. I thought this CBE was quiet when I first slapped it on, loud as fuck now.

my catless dp and tp. make my cnt exhaust pretty loud now. but what do you expect when you go catless right lol

corksport is the best sounding...period. butloud. magnaflow sounds very similar to the corksport. so go with these two if youa re looking for the best sound

CNT is a good piece but sound wise. CS and Magnaflow but you cant beat CNT for the price
