Creaking/Clicking accelerator or gearbox?
Strange thing I've noticed recently is that my gas pedal seems to click whenever I'm lightly tapping on the gas, that or it's somewhere down. It doesn't come up when the car is off and I can't seem to replicate it on demand if I'm in neutral, it only seems to appear if I am shifting upwards or downwards into any gear and then pressing the gas. It doesn't seem like it's the rear mount either as I can still feel that one thumping around if I thrash it and the click doesn't change. All other threads seem to be discussing about a click from outside the car, almost nothing to do with the gearbox itself. Anyone? |
