Downipipe and racepipe

So im wanting to get a dp and rp but im thinking about getting the dp from corksport and the tp from streetunit. The problem is i heard something about changing the fuel pump because i might have a boost cut after these parts idk. can somone please explain to me about this?? Also i have an hks hi power exhust so im hoping these parts bolt on together because the corksport racepipe is an 80mm and me hks is a 75mm so yea....suggestions??

I also have the HKS cat back and I had the SU test pipe also with it at one point but then I decided I wanted a downpipe/testpipe in 1 with high flow cat...After doing a lot of research I chose the Cobb DP due to their reputation of making high quality exhaust/downpipes..

If I can go back and do it all over again I would ...It sounds beautifull and I have had ZERO issues with this setup.....If you dont want to spend $695 for the Cobb DP definitely look into the CNT downpipe it is literally a clone to Cobb's and will fit perfectly to the HKS exhaust...

Dont go with Corksports Downpipe on the stock turbo and I have heard horror stories with their Downpipe for the MS3..

Do your self a favor order a Cobb DP or a CNT catted DP and you will not regret it !!!

You'll want to change the fuel pump because you will get FUEL cut, not boost cut.

Our stock fuel pumps are pretty weak and most people notice they start to fail (lose fuel pressure) when you add a downpipe.

damn ok thanks man but hey you wont get any CEL with the cobb downpipe? because i know that the corksport has it to where it uses the original o2 sensor. I really want my car to sound beasty so i might just go with the cobb if its that much worth it and as long as it fits perfectly on to my hks. Hey did you get a new fuel pump also though???

Some may have "heard horror stories" about CS DP but, I actually have one, plus their RP. Went in pretty easy, quality is great, fit was perfect, sound is fantastic, power gain is very obvious, no CELs, ever. I can think of nothing bad to say about it.
