Drained Coolant Reservoir
 

I've been getting the p0401 code lately so I went ahead and cleaned the EGR today. Everything went well, started the car and went around the block only to come home and see the coolant reservoir drained:pat: Somehow the coolant line connected to the EGR was cut during the cleaning. I replaced the hose but now don't know If I'm going to need a coolant flush or if I can just go grab some Prestone 50/50 mix and refill? Living in a apartment complex would make a flush a little difficult.

The coolant was bright green beforehand which leads me to believe there wasn't FL22 in there from the factory (car is 07 with 60k).

Id flush it with fl22. If you dont know what was in it than dont guess on something and hope it works.
