All of this has been checked multiple times. Thanks for the comment though dude!

Mine definitely sounds like that...when I rip back and forth on the endlinks....but when the "sound" happens it's a big POP. Is that what you experience?

Sorry my advice on the subframe and FSB bushings didn't help. I still have a passenger side clunk as well, but my PMM is bad so that's next to go. I'm out of town and can't do shit at the moment.

I have MOOG front endlinks, the nipples that come with them don't fit and I had to go buy some 90 degree nipples. Maybe just try different endlinks.

It's definitely louder driving and I guess you could say it sounds like a pop. It definitely sounds like something is going to blow out. I don't think I'll get to tear it down until next Friday night at the earliest. The more I drive the more I think it isn't extended long enough to keep tension which is causing the noise. Once I get it apart I'll let you know what I find.

Have you considered it not being suspension related? I have assumed that mine may be my poorly hung exhaust or dumptube hitting something down in that area at some times, if not an axle related noise. It sounds like you've gone through most if not all of the suspension, it may be worth looking at other potential causes.
I replaced the easy one already (half shaft). If I can find an axle to swap with I will, but I'm trying to exhaust the cheaper options first.

Here for a solution, and potentially any more info on the tsb mentioned earlier with "clicking" something about axel nuts?
I def have clicking when initially accelerating... I've had clunking for quite awhile, but figured it was my endlinks.. so hope you find a solution to help me narrow down my search.

Both of these are not the issue. I've checked both. It pretty much has to be one of the following:
- CV Axle (unlikely)
- Endlinks
- Subframe Bushings
- Top hats

But, it should be noted that I have no performance issues that I can tell....and I do not have hear noises going over bumps at all. So the top hats are pretty much eliminated.

The endlinks have always made a ton of noise; they are by design super noisy, lots of clicking. But they are also loosey goosey open ended ball socket type deals. If you shake the FSB back and forth you get clicks from them as well as initial take offs....normal for these IMO. Regardless I will be swapping some endlinks on there when @jgarmo; hooks me up with one of his when he is finished doing his thing. Trying to save a little dough here now instead of blowing my load all the time. lol

So it was my end links. Adjusted my whiteline links to a longer length and the noise is going away. It went from all the time to some time and from passenger side to driver side. I'll pull it apart again to get it settled. Hopefully.

Interesting. I may just replace both with oem length then.....or maybe mine are too short? I dunno. lol I have Ksport coils and they are very short compared to the Konis/OEM style struts.

They just need to be the right length to keep your swaybar's "arms" parallel to the ground at static ride height.
