If I am reading this correctly, your rod is bent and the crank counterweight is hitting the bottom of the piston.

DO NOT START THE CAR!!!!!!

can i just replace that one cylinder lol?

and believe me havent ran it since it started this on the dyno 5 months ago

Likely more than 1 rod is bent. The piston has been hit as well. Replace at lest ALL rods and the impacted piston.

This really calls for a full rebuild - at least you don't have a hole in the block.

crank should be fine.
