Help, clutch issues 08 speed3
 

2008 speed 3, clutch pedal got really stiff and stuck to the floor. Pulled it up and it worked again, ultimately with the stiff pedal it snapped the plastic pushrod on the clutch master. I replaced the master and slave, clutch worked again for a short amount of time and again stayed on the floor and never came back up even after bleeding attempts. Installed a clutch masters fx100, clutch is working however its the stiffest pedal I've felt in my life and I've been around cars forever. Anyone have any insight? This is a fairly mild clutch upgrade and I don't think it should be this stiff. Please help, this was a $1000 setup and shouldn't feel like this.
