My SU side mount set (both tranny and passenger) honestly feels like sounds like stock again after taking out the TRZ mount. Performance is better, with none of the drawbacks... except price. I can't really hear the clutch any more.. mounts are noticeably more solid, but not in the same way of the TRZ. Performance is about the same. I personally made the switch because I felt like my passenger side needed upgraded, due to my manifold and turbo setup I now have being so very, very close to the firewall.

I really was totally happy with the TRZ mount too, for the price its a great performance mod.. but only if you can deal with the vibes. Its worth finding out, I think. If you don't like the mount, just resell it, if you're cool with losing $15 or whatever.

ya i already pm ed mark man.... i cant deal with this right now. im super anxious and nervous about not only the hose blowing up,...valve cover leaking..axle seal leaking, ....this shit now.... car being harder to get into gear after the races.... and to top it all off the fucken turbo on sunday that who the fuck knows how my engine will welcome.

im just very frustrated right now and i got alot more important shit in my life that i need to concentrate on and this shit doesnt help.

maybe its the combo with the traction bars? wtf you got those things on there for anyway? not hating, but they obviously didn't do much for your launches at the track. I would remove those to see if it gets better.

Then again, I don't even know where the bars bolt up to, so I could be talking out of my ass.

I agree just to loud with all the mounts. I just run urethane filled stock mounts for the street and solid rear mount for the track. No wheel hop and great 60fts. Its simple math. LOL

i can enjoy my car again.... on the way home i said fuck this mount...i was still overwhelmed .... oh well.

oh im sure... so would lowering it to 30lbs... unfortunately that bolt calls for 73-90lbs.... so u will have smooth running car until that bolt backs up and your tranny drops

Probably better due to the softer bushings, but it still shreds your brains if you're using the car as a DD. With the side motor mount kit from SU the wheel hop is not noticeable or at all. But I still needed my brains in one piece to still be able to drive around.

Have you considered trying the Ingalls damper? ..I'm thinking about that in the spring instead of putting the tranny mount back on and that can be pretty easily removed/put on.

Yeah, I have all 3 SU mounts + the PTP Kicker Mount and Lenny's driven my car and he didn't mind the ride... so the TRZ must be a shitload more harsh...
