That is hard to say, but you have options.

Of course, re-tapping is an option, but you might also be able to use the same size bolt with a heli-coil:

I would have to agree. I would just say fuck it and leave it. If you're gonna get your knuckles bloody, make it worth your while and replace the turbo. If not just leave it...

dude fuck all that shit remove the turbo and pay someone to remove it.

when this happens to me i just take it to my fabrication specialist who made my manifold and downpipe and can fab anything period.
