Default I have a motor completely torn down....
Would you guys like some pictures?

I have planed some pictures of the crank, rods, block, main bearing saddle ect ect. Is there anything you guys would like to see? Let me know and I will get them up when I can. I am going to be taking some measurments of the block and wall thickness near the crank centerline. Not only that but also the lower end water jacket thickness. I think that filling these motors with a 1/3 fill of "Block Rock" might really help out with core shifting under high HP applications with out effecting the cooling system. I will be getting what I can up for you guys to see, so let me know what parts you are interested in, thanks.

I'd like to see the crank, saddles, hats, and bolts. Also, valve clearance measurements in the head and combustion chamber. And the top-deck of the block (with or without the pistons), specifically to see the sleeves.

Valve clearance will have to wait because we are working on the oversize vavles. The rest should not be a problem.

Head is not here right now and I want to get pictures of it on the bare block so you guys can see the point it injects at. That should be better. I will have pictures up of the finished head here soon. I have custom valves showing up in the next 4 to 6 weeks to make it a complete finished set up with + size valves.

Thank you . DI motor internals intrigue/frustrate me I also like the direction it sounds like you are taking the MS3. I wonder how much we can get out of the DISI head.

Here is the first batch.

Nice heavy impeller water pump. Easy to external gate stock exhaust manifold.

4 layer head gaskets with a "blow ring" (picture 2). These should be good for over 800 WHP with head studs.

And a few more...

The first and second photo's in here show the material left over after they machine the motors. That is what I was able to pick off with my hand in the second photo.

All our built motors are going to be "tumbled" before getting built. This should knock off all the machine fillets left over from when the machined the castings.

Use stainless steel or Aluminum wool. If not the condensation could start rusting the steel wool, that would be bad.

I've decided not to. With all the research I've been doin, the Home Depot units don't last long in our cars. I'm gonna go with a Saikou Michi catch can. I like the internal design on that one.
