Just ordered Cp-e HPFP from revolution performance motorsports

If you are in need of a fuel pump and want Cp-e, I just ordered one from revolution performance motor sports, and they should have one left. I would highly recommend them. Excellent customer service. I ordered the part and it shipped within 10 minutes! I would call them first to see if they have stock.

Just thought I would share :cool2:

One question, is there a break in time for these pumps? I hear they are already broken in during the testing of these pumps.

They're tested prior to being shipped. So they're broken in. I believe it's atleast 45 minutes of pressure bench testing under high load. So, drop in and go!

They are refurbs... OE pump with aftermarket guts. Don't believe there is a break in. someone correct me if I'm wrong...

Thats true, but having pump internals is essentially refurbs too, but they still need slight breaking in, don't they?

no break in is needed for the cp-e pumps. i installed mine and did WOT pulls after a test drive

+1 for revolution performance. They ship fast, have great customer service and have generally the lowest price around. Bought my CPE catted DP almost a full $100 cheaper than the CPE website

So, it's $634 AFTER I return the core??

llescaflownell 07-11-2011 12:46 AM

Yup, it's about 1k up front though, kinda pricey, but in the end it's only about 6 bills. Not too bad imo, along with a lifetime warranty and piece of mind.

Make sure you stay in touch with cp-e about getting your return on the stock fuel pump. I had to call a few times before I could get mine processed.

As for the break-in this has already taken place at cp-e aftert they replace the stock internals, so after the part is bolted in you're good to go.
