Loud noise passenger side near tensioner pulley
 

I started hearing a noise the other day coming from the passenger side near the tension pulley Sometimes it is consistent and sometimes sporadic. One interior video and exterior video. The exterior it definitely makes it sounds worst then it sounds in person

My car does the same thing. It is most likely the bearings in your alternator. I was thinking of buying the bearings to change them out, but what I'm doing is buying a new alternator and experiment with the old so I don't screw up the chassis of the alternator. Do you hear the sound when you're driving with the windows up or down?
