75 bucks.
vibrant makes a vaccum kit whre you can buy the bit,rubber, and nozzle for 8 bucks
the pipe was 40
and than the silicone was like 25

Nice to see your up and running man,sounds nice.I'm curious about your Dp is that something your piecing together yourself?I'm curious because I'm switching over to a turbonetics T3/T4 hybrid and if I could get away with doing what you are it might be a cheaper route than getting the flnges changed out.

I just want to let everybody know that my car is finally in my drive way. Finally after eight months. I should have it back since early december but the holidays and the adding of the medieval mani set me back a couple weeks. I'm in the process of breaking in the motor. 300 miles already, and getting ready to boost. I kinda feel like i'm dating a chick with herped, I want to hit it, but i'm afraid of the consequences. I'm getting used to alot of things, the springs, the clutch and numerous others..
first impressions, are:
h&r springs are a bit more rough that i had anticapted.
the stage 3 plus is a bit more quick
engine is alot more noisey that i remember
the exhaust is louder that i remember

Congrats on almost getting there! I've been watching this thread forever it feels like. Way back to when ur car was clicking but still running...

I'm curious how much louder you think the engine is though... The DISI is already pretty loud with the injector clicks and what not, But how bout the built motor?

Any problems with piston slap? Any interesting things u found out getting knee deep into the motor?

newer update,
1.i installed the perrin soleniod and its working flawlessly
2.3.5in intake is here and completely put together.
3.dashhawk is in and recording .5 knock under full boost.
4.Water meth kit is in, and functional, but thinking about NO2
I know this thread isn't as popular as paleriders, but the motor is running really strong. If anybody does read this, Randy is a flaming homosexual! Also anybody who drivers a caliber smokes poles for a living, minus whoosh.
I'm so glad this is all said and done. The car has been my daily driver now for 3 weeks.

What alky injection kit did you choose? Can you show about 4-5 pics of how you mounted it all?

I am looking at getting an Alkycontrol kit (www.alkycontrol.com) since I had one on my Mustang and it was just wicked badass (240PSI pump deadhead measured by me, 100% methanol compatibility, and built to be bulletproof), and I am trying to determine where to mount all the hardware.

Not upset, i was hoping randy would read this. We talk a couple times a week. I put my water meth kit together from a list that jordan sent me when cp-e was going to work with me on the water meth controller.
surprisingly it pulls hard but i'm suffering from some crazy fuel cut. I think it was due to ewg being set up wrong. i raced pidass from a dig the other night and had him in through first but i was hitting some nasty fuel cut. his mods sri, my test pipe, and ap.. it was embarrasing. but, i've added alot of fuel and pull some timing so i'm running in the low 10's for a/f

the engine was louder because my timing was advanced two degrees. when dave put the motor back together he did't use the tool... now it sounds about the same. no piston slap so far even in the cold. and you'd be surprised how easy the motor comes back together and back into the car.
