Need confirmation
 

Just so I don't get the usual: I have searched for this and read all the info that there is about the intermittent rattle at idle/low RPM and it being related to the belt tensioner/idle pulleys and the info was exactly what I need, now I need to describe this to the dealer...

I took my 08.5 w/ extended warranty into the local dealer (Not a great dealer, but I was in the neighborhood for work and just dropped the car off) last week to have them fix the rattling coming from the passenger side of the engine bay. I get a call an hour later that they can't reproduce it and won't do anything for me.

Over the past couple of nights I have managed to catch some video of it on my cell while I have been out, I just need confirmation that this is the same general rattle that is related to the belt tensioner/idle pulleys before I take it in for another round at the dealership or make a much longer trip to a much better dealership.


If I was to walk into any decent dealership with that video on my phone, do you think they would take me at my word, or would they need to have it rattling away while it was there?
