Need help Please

Hey everyone,

I purchased a 2009 Mazdaspeed not too long ago and need help. I don't know much about these cars and I have been out of the car game for a loooooong time. Anyhow, recently my mazda has been making a rubbing noise and every now and then a sorta clicking noise. It only happens when I turn. I've checked all my fluids and have no leaks. I'm hoping its not the CV joints but I don't think it is seeing how the noise just started and on both side(only when I'm turning at slow speeds). Do you guys have any idea what else could be causing this noise?

Thanks for you help in advance.

make sure the bolts are tight on both sides of the power steering rack. as you can see, they require some muscle for the torque spec. you will need a couple long wobble extensions to reach the bolt on the drivers side, its kind of a bitch.

Hey Thanks for the advice 802ms3. on the way to the gym this morning i was trying to record the sound but it didn't do it at all. It kinda seems like it only does it when it's been driven awhile or when it's warm. It's weird..I need to get my tool game going again. I sold them all when i moved to Austin 2 years ago but haven't worked on cars in maybe 5 years so bare with me fellas lol
