Noise coming from the transmission I think...

Alright this all started one night with a couple hard shifts and boom I heard a pop going into second. Keep in mind I have a jbr rmm on the car for almost a year. Starting off in first and reverse it will sometimes make the "pop" and other times it wont. This is the same when going though the gears sometimes. Any help is appreciated since this is causing me a great bit of stress at the moment.

This may sound obvious but visually check all of your mounts including pmm and tmm. Then put the car in first with the parking brake on and start to let the clutch out and give it a little gas... just enough to make it lurch forward a little, while you're doing that either watch the engine through the crack of the open hood or have a buddy watch it and look for excessive movement.

If it's not a bad motor mount I have no clue what it'd be so I won't throw guesses out there.

Tapatapped with my fingers.

Havent got to check the pmm or tmm but I had the car on my lift and there is no visual damage to the rmm. What is strange is that it won't always happen. I think I'm going to make some time tomorrow to look at the tmm since thats where the noise sounds like its coming from.

Obvious stuff first, torque all the mount bolts make sure they're still tight.
