Options for damaged cylinder linings

I've got my hands on an engine where two cylinders have serious damage to the linings. The cylinder have melted and the flame has also made a deep scorchmark in the cylinder wall.

There is no way .020 over bore is enough to remove the damage, even .040 isn't enough.

Since I got this block for barely nothing and I live in Sweden, getting a new shortblock is not economical since shipping costs would be way to high (assumptions based on getting stiffed by UPS/DHL/USPS every time I order parts from the states).

What are my options? The ones I have found and are considering are these:

1) CP-e 90mm stage3 pistons, caveat: Is it even possible going that big without re-sleeving the block? Is the stage3 piston really designed for our style of injectors?

2) Re-sleeve the block, the only sleeves I have found are Darton, I have read some posts about using dry sleeves but I can only find the Darton MID which are as I believe wet sleeves?
Caveat: high cost machining the block and fit the sleeves, sleeves are rather expensive, but the total cost would still be less then a shortblock

3) Take the hit and order a new short block/long block from the states

So, any more providers of sleeves? I've seen some mentions about lasleeve but I can't find anything on there website or anyone selling them, so no pricefigure there.

Going full-block from onlinemazdaparts is probably the best solution for option 3, better to get the whole package while you are paying for shipping it (by boat).

Duratec/MZR sleaves are identical to ours. Do some searches for their sleeves.

Darton requires a cnc machine because part of the sleeve is the deck and it has to be level with the rest of the deck to the thousanth of a inch/cm which isnt really possible with hand milling.

I believe you can ise the cpe stg3 without a sleeve but block strength is compromised and there is no rebuilding the block other than a resleeve.
