plugs

im kinda confused about what kind of plugs i should run, the ITV20 or ITV22. All i have done to my ms6 is exhaust and intake atm.

The ITV20 which are stock heat range will be fine. you haven't dont anything to seriously increase combustion temperatures, so you won't melt the the plug. Now if you do anything with the boost or ecu you'll want to go a step colder. What Exhaust mods have you done?

ok thanks. as of right now i just have a custom cat-back. but im looking around for a manifold

good rule of thumb - go 1 step colder for every 50 hp you add.

I think the rule is every 75-100HP over stock you putting down you need to go a step colder. Stock heat range should be so the plug is allowed to get hot enough to self clean but not melt. Thats what it says on NGK site at least.
