i think we need to stress to them your engine is sort of a maiden voyage for dcr in this community and it merits some "help" if you will out of a delicate situation.

but.....i would be careful on going all gung ho on demands because you bear some responsibility and you dont want them to clam up, my opinion

Right now, knowing only what I have read, I think a fair settlement would be 80% DCR, 20% JJ, but it is a tough call.
So I voted 75 as that was the closest option.
But like I said, to get 80% or better you need to go in looking for 100, but be willing to compromise if necessary.

I voted 75%. There was alot of ways they could have approached the situation differently. At least telling you that it wasn't in there would have been nice.

im pretty sure they had no idea what it actually was and hence why they diddent tell u it was missing.
