Replacing neutral safety switch

I was wondering if anyone else has replaced the neutral safety switch?
I've ordered the switch and read up on it. It seems fairly simple.

NEUTRAL SWITCH REMOVAL/INSTALLATION [G35M-R]

The above link shows the #1 motor mount. Is this the transmission motor mount?

I'm guessing I'll need to support the motor if I have to remove it, correct?

Is there anything I should be concerned about? Any suggestions?

Apparently it's the RMM and doesn't require the motor to be supported.

I think this video shows how I can get to the switch.

Hopefully the connector isn't difficult to find.

Anyone else done this before?
