I'm not sure about this car, but on my friend's mini, once he went steel mounts (yeah, solid steel mounts), the car vibrated like crazy cause it was a track beast. When he went to trade it in, he put the OEM mounts back in and the car felt like a piece of shit. Of course over time, the engine vibrations will make the plastic connections loose over time and then metal screws. It's what comes with solid mounts. As to the seriousness of your rattles, I'm not sure. If you can isolate where the rattling is coming from, it could be quite serious as in engine/exhaust things, or more minor aesthetics to the car getting looser.

You may want to go uninstall the mount and see if it still looks okay.
I know CPE had a bad batch a while back, and I dunno if yours could have been in part of that batch. It doesnt seem likely, because that was a long time ago, but its worth checking it out.
The CPE mm shouldnt make it rattle nearly that much...

vibes moved from the dash to all three pedals.

absolutely ridiculous theory here, but LETS say that all these motors are blowing up because a Motor Mount is amplifying the knock retard sensors voltage readings. and somehow in the process everything is going boom boom boom after that. I know this is absolutely rubbish, but just some food for thought, haha.

im pretty sure ur being sarcastic here...but thats what i would assume would be happening...that the mm is amplifying the vibrations...guess i was stupid for thinkin that...i just cant see how i wasnt getting any knock whatsoever before i put it on and its the only thing thats been changed.

My car vibes alot when im idle or with the ac on and when i take off in 1st, its pretty normal and will only settle down a little after you put some miles on the mount. (breaks in) too bad you didnt get a chance to sit in my car, i have the delrin trz mount.

i have installed the soft cpe mount about a month ago. rattles in door panels and other places have been developing ever since. some at certain rpm/load. it drives me nuts.

I thought that the 60 duro contributed to minimal vibrations....Broken in yet?

I'm looking to get the CPE mount when they become available again and hope that they don't "shake apart the car"

it's my first aftermarket motor mount so i don't know what to compare it to.but i've had it on for like 4000 miles and it's definitively more vibrations than stock even with the ac off.
