Slightly rich conditions during shifts...Good idea?

Hey guys.....do you think have rich conditions between shifts concerning LTFT's (-5 for example) is a good idea so that the car is throwing more fuel to help with combating lean conditions during shifts?

Does it not matter and is better to get near 0 always?

What do ya think?
