Just change oil as you normally would, drain it hot and let it drip out for a while , then just replace as usual. You don't have to "flush" the oil in the engine or trans. Also I wouldent switch to a thicker oil ,the newer high tech engines have very tight clearances to run lighter oil so they get better MPG and more HP.Thicker oil may starve certain parts of oil then KaBoom.
The radiator you can flush over a couple of days but the water wetter is more for racing type situations where you are heating the hell out of the head and trying to keep it cool,a 0/50 antifreeze works fine and actually cools better & protects from corrosion and acids and other crap

yea thats nice and all but why steer him away from water wetter....

just cause it's mainly used in "racing" doesnt mean it wouldnt work wonders for everyday driving.

Great point and I agree, I just need to know what wonders ww is allegedly going to do , and what are the expectations for ww

We can put all the additives in a car that are made, but it comes down to are we just doing something to say we did it ,or are we doing something to actually archive a result.

I have nothing against anybody doing what ever they want , my philosophy is there is a reason for doing every thing , know the reason.

just trying to help.

Buy the way if you do want to buy some Water Wetter I can sell you some .

how much shipped per bottle? or a set?

if philly has been reaching the H on his water temp gauge and he is using the proper amount of coolant / water mix then there is something going on there.

bad thermostat or shitty coolant or Cali is just too hot.

what does water wetter do exactly makes the water have more of an oil viscosity so it flows better? makes the boiling temp of the water rise?

I'd like to buy some and try it out when I flush my coolant. 59k on motor and coolant is still full and green as ever tho...

ur avatar is the time attack speed 3?

what events do you attend/race...

I saw a few mazdaspeed 3's racing in some series on spike tv last weekend and they were doing pretty damn well, too bad no ms6's are in that shit.

Really.

It reduces the surface tension of the water, thus making the water wetter and helping with cooling.

That is correct it breaks down the surface tension of the water and lets the air bubbles dissipate and get water into all the crevices so there isn't any air, all liquid running thru your cylinder head drawing the heat away , keeping your head cooler , making more HP ....Allegedly

It may work it may not , if he is having a problem he should try it . If he is having a over heating problem I would start by changing the coolant & thermostat , but I don't recall him mentioning it. Water wetter is used alot in racing where you abuse a car like nothing else and a few degrees head temp can make a huge difference.

If you want to find the weaknesses in a car race it . We see the weak spots on the MS3 as the brakes, no front camber, and getting the car to turn or rotate. We literally melted some of the rubber parts of the front caliper. With not much camber up front you wear & overheat the outside of the front tires and the front tires roll over. To get the car to turn in ,we use the stiffest rear swaybar we can find and toe the rear out to get it to rotate in a corner. It is impossible to duplicate this on the street, you just cant beat on it long enough and hard enough. Other than that it runs great and is fun to drive.

Drain the old oil, then flush out the engine. Stick a water hose in the oil fill tube and leave the drain plug out.. just let it flush threw for a little..

Fill her up, and ur good.

Other than that it runs great and is fun to drive.

waiting on excited PM!

Metric car equals metric speak, unless you are Ronald Reagan.
