Time for a penis pump.

Driving into work today, I got on it, and it dipped to 800, soo needless to say, i took it easy to and from work. Cold weather must be doing it, anywho. Just sharing.

you need a CP-E PUmp asap

No surprise here.

Colder, denser air equals more hp which takes a toll on the HP fuel pump.

I remember same thing happened last winter.
Peoples fuel pumps were failing..and so were motors.

boostislove 11-03-2010 06:15 PM

what dipped to 800? psi?

rodrigo 11-03-2010 06:20 PM

no...his blood sugar level.....

insert facepalm picture right over here -----> <-------------

This shit is going to take some getting used to. The last car I even had a fuel pressure gauge in peaked at about 90psi...at 50lbs of boost.

Can someone point me at a refresher thread describing our fuel systems and the potential failings thereof? Much thanks.

what are your mods that are causing you to drop to 800psi?

lemme guess...downpipe is involved?

MS3-a(sore)ASS-rex 11-04-2010 09:03 AM

Dayumm 800psi? That may be the lowest I've heard of

smitty5788 11-04-2010 09:10 AM

Im getting 800 psi also, CP-E pump will be here tomorrow = Vacation Day

flyrevs2 11-04-2010 09:12 AM

PTP pumps were going to 50psi, so 800 isn't the worst but it needs to be replaced

KMD was supposed to get a new supply of pump internals this week if you don't want to spend the cash on the cpe piece.

mo4130 11-04-2010 09:18 AM

gutted test pipe, cobb sri, tip ets tmic and hypertech. time for a "penis" pump i recon.

I imagine daily drivability will go up as well.

Been running their internals for 2 years and 20K miles. Never done me wrong.

smitty5788 11-04-2010 10:06 AM

CP-E just got pumps in, if you order quick enough you might be able to get one

Biggs 11-04-2010 10:23 AM
