| Not Ranked : 0 score you got the 75 right? also it looks like i might have been wrong about the construction from the previous thread (Torque Solutions RMM the entire black portion bushing or is it a large metal piece with a thin bushing like i originally thought? from the first pic it looks like the former Last edited by TRex; 02-23-2011 at 03:25 PM. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score no no see below ![]() from this picture it looks like there is a massive metal insert and then a thin piece of material...but i cant tell in your first pic...your first pick looks like all bushing (similar to SURE and CPE)...so how is it really? like my picture? or like the other RMM? |

| Not Ranked : 0 score ^.....but can't you tell by just looking at it? lol see below ![]() all im asking is it all bushing from the OD of the little metal insert to the end or is it more like my previous post? i think i know the answer (that it is all bushing and the pic i posted is not the exact RMM that you get when you order it...but i just want to be sure) |

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score just called and now that im looking at that pic you posted, thats not our mount. he said thats either for a different car or they changed the design. they only offer one bushing for our car and its 75. the rep said that pic isnt correct and the mount is mistakingly posted twice on the sight. he said hes going to take one off the site but this is the only mountmade by TS for our car directly from TS's site http://www.torquesolution.com/MAZDAS.../ts-ms-002.htm going to install now and will do the water test after its broken in but ill do the water test with the SU before i take it out

| Not Ranked : 0 score Let us know how it compares to the SU you are taking out. I just tried to order a RMM from SU and they are telling me they have discontinued their mount and are pushing the SURE product. The SURE mount has not been available very long and I have not heard much about how it is holding up. If this product is at least as beefy as the SU was, then I would be interested. And, yes, maybe take a photo of the actual mount you received and post it up for us, or was that it in the original pix. I'm confused about that from the subsequent posts and questions about discrepancy between website and as-delivered product.

(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score ok. Mount is installed and its tits. vibes are minimal and slightly noticeable. of course this is a brand new mount and still has to be broken in but its tits. remember im coming from the softer SU mount with the street bushing thats 62 duro. launched that bitch hard as ffuck and no wheel hop...the motor doesnt move. glad i bought it and highly recommend it. Torque Solutions makes a awesome product. also. the shop i go to, Performance Race Solution, Uses Torque Solution's Mounts on all of their race cars. im going to order some of their exhaust hangers and the other two mounts when they are completed def Torque Solutions FTW

(Thread Starter) | Neutral : -1 score you are going to get additional vibs, thats the nature of the beast. but as said, they arent bad and the mount only has, like 3 miles on it, literally. if you dont want to feel vibs, buy my SU mount which is posted in the for sale section. you will not feel the vibs with it. i just wanted something alittle harder http://www.mazdaspeedforums.org/foru...r-mount-73206/

| Not Ranked : 0 score Seems as though this mount, with a lot of bushing, will absorb a lot of the vibrations, albeit, they will still be there. Same can be said with the SURE mount. The TRZ will give your girl an orgasm. Since switching to the cp-e mount, the vibes have come down substantially. I couldn't tell you how it is with just the mount as I have the TRZ transmission mount as well. |

| Not Ranked : 0 score I have a 1st gen Medieval on my car which is a copy of the 1st gen SU, It's held up well and the only vibs is with air on sitting at stop. I check it every time I change my oil but for piece of mind I plan on replacing it soon, I'm going to get this one. Keep us updated, I'll be getting one this spring unless you have bad results before then.

I ordered the street version and was a little surprised at the vibes. I don't know what the stiffness (durometer) rating is, but it's stiffer than I thought it would be. Good news, and this is probably the case with the Torque Solution, which looks almost identical, is that this absolutely stopped the wheel hop on launch and I made several successful 2-3 flatshifts this a.m. on the way to work. Before I could only do that half the time. Bound to help my shitty 60 ft's. some. I just hope the vibes do settle down a bit. It's more than just at idle with the A/C on. It is coarse when decelerating and during light throttle. Not quite a GF orgasmatron, though.
