Listened on my phone so.... I'm guessing timing chain stretched.vvt.
Take the oil fill cap off, is there any slack on the chain?

He just said to check your chain it could be rattling, but its hard to tell for me the audio quality isnt perfect. But check your chain to see if it's stretched. Other than that it could be one of the various accessories or belt parts since its on the side of the engine.

Sounds like vvt to me..

Does it only rattle when you start up, if so almost certainly VVT

Nop when I drive for almost 10 min I can heard it ... but when I give more throttle the noise disappear and when I remove the foot on the gaz pedal I can heard it again ...
