I have about 50,000 miles on ms3 looking to do my first oil change. What's good to use. Thanks for the info. DAMN I love this car.

Best known for direct injection as far as the above site "bobistheoilguy" which is really am amazing site for info, is Pennzoil Platinum 5w30. I've used Mobil 1 in every car I've had and have never had a problem. No smoke turbo nothing.

Canola. Good flavor and much healthier than Peanut oil.

What type of bov you gonna get with that oil change?

I use Mobil1 ext perf, Forge BPV (Blue no shims), SRI > CAI on this car, Motorcraft Synthetic tran fluid, AP > Hypertech, FMIC > TMIC, Catback is only for sound, A test pipe is just a pipe, Denso IVT22's with AP, rear motor mount is neccesary, don't lower on factory shocks, shifter bushings are needed, pancakes > waffles but bacon and eggs is best.

Op write this shit down,.covers all basic noon questions and.saves you a lot of flaming and headaches.

penzoil platinum or rotella t6 5w40. if you look in the UOA's in the sticky part of this thread youll see they hold the best results for the cost of the oil. both can be found at walmart for best pricing.
