People say it takes anywhere from 5 minutes (I'm skeptical) to an hour to install; most people say it takes 30-45 minutes. It's a relatively easy thing to do. Apparently theres a bit of difficulty trying to coax off parts of the stock intake, but nothing prohibitively heinous. If you look at Cobb's product page there are nice installation instructions.
