yep, you gotta pop the rivets and re-rivet or weld to the other side

i dont want it replaced im on a build timeline and there fucking it up so i sent them an email back to get the $$$ it cost to have it fixed. these guys have no quality control. how do you not notice that 1 or 2 are wrong when you prolly have 20 sitting around. :firedevil:

All 20 laying around are probably wrong. That looks like an easy mistake to make.

They should machine the holes offset so the parts would only fit together in the correct orientation.

I had the same issue like a year ago... my post is on 6club somewhere.. Anways i gave them a call they had a new one to my door in 2 days. Drilled the rivets out on the one that was wrong and had it re-rivted and welded. Gave to a friend worked like a charm

this is my only plug for PG that you'll see over my SU dudes, but since SU doesnt carry it: PG's baffle has one less peice of metal, less rivets, and looks like the same thing. I have a feeling it may work better too without all those places for gunk to build up. i do have F2's BSD though, anyone ever have a problem with that?
