Default Got some questions

So I was wondering if there are mud "gaurds" for the MS3 and not Flaps. I have a white one and about an hour after I wash theres always splatter. ????

My other question is if the COBB adjustable shifter is worth the extra money. Also if theres another kind of STS for the MS3.

Thanks peeps

twm makes a ss for the speed that many people are very happy with. i have the cobb, it was a gift from the fiancee, and i love it.

as for the guards, i am curious as to whether the re-amiya pods would work like guards

Dont know know sheet about Mud Flaps, Guards, Holes, etc..nor do I care to...

But.. The TWM Short Throw Shifter seems to be the only other viable choice.

In addition, there are different opinions on the TWM STS. I actually have the TWM Shifter Bushings only. about $35. Paired up with the CPE MM, this makes this car drive and shift with precision. I have heard people say they love the TWM STS, and hear people say they didnt really notice a lot of difference with the TWM STS.. For me, I am looking for a used TWM STS, but will buy one new if I dont find one soon.

As far as the Cobb STS goes, I havent heard much at all that is very informative. Just I like it, or I dont like it..

So, at least get the TWM Bushings, and a MM. If you plan on getting the STS in the near future, go ahead and get the STS and Bushings, and do it all at once.

I have a TWM shifter and the shifter bushings. Love it. I've seen a number of bad reviews on the cobb sts.

Good deal.. I am getting the TWM STS soon, only have TWM Bushings now. Gotta get my H&R Springs installed before I get the STS though..

Did you get the new boot for the STS, or are you using the stock boot?

Just using the stock boot. It works fine. Kinda like the way it looks, all squished like..

Philly and Pheare,

Can you explain what you like, or dislike about the TWM STS? I dont have one thing I can dislike about the TWM Bushings.

it sits short...it made a HUGE improvement in the feel of the shifter.
only drawback i can think of is that the throw is still somewhat long...would have been nicer if they shortened it up a bit

^^what he said. though I don't really find the throw too long.

Maybe a little notchier than stock, whether that is good or bad would be personal preference. I like it.
