So what is this car you are driving now that made you even consider a rav4 as an upgrade?

Gf and myself wanted a 3rd vehicle. She drives a civic. I drive a corolla. Anything is an upgrade.

But the rav4 with the v6 is not bad at all. Runs low 14s. Beats many a PU driver. Haha.

I had a corolla as a rental for a month once. I was so happy to get my piece of shit 74 cutlass running so I could drive it instead. What year civic and corolla.

That is likely to be bad on a speed six by now.

If it is the shifter seal you should see a puddle of fluid on top of the transmission as well. At least mine had one.

Yup. There is. In general, that area looks filthy as a mother fucker right now.

P0128 x2 again. Fucker. Bought a new thermostat.

Quite a diff... really clears up the bass.

My fucking oil seal finally came in yesterday so here's the weekend:

-replace shaft pivot seal
-flush tranny fluid & refill with unicorn blood
-replace thermostat
-flush coolant and refill with FL22
-drive car off nearest ledge

I was going to talk shit on you for being a prick but then realized you were a KSU fan and everything made sense.


I have the BOSE pre-amp and it certainly adds a bit more bass. I'm actually throwing in a real sub setup so you could have my preamp when I'm done if you want.

I can only find 91 as well but I supplement with meth and e85. e85 will do wonders to make up for the subpar 91 gas. Meth would too obviously but thats a bit hardcore for a stock car haha.

I have the thermostat problem too... only throws a code on long drives in colder weather... need to replace it though.

I'll take your preamp when you're done if you're just going to toss it. I'm too fucking lazy to do anything with my stereo right now. I've got 10 amps, two component sets, five subs, and a pair of HLCDs sitting in my basement. Fucking brilliant.

Hopefully I'll have this cumslut of a car in a little better shape after this weekend. She just needs a little TLC. Or another dick. I'm not sure which.
