Default ATP turbine housing porting

So I have a gtx3071 that I am going to bolt on until i get the funds for a holset setup, I know the turbine housing needs to be ported but how much? Ive already hogged out the wg port but on my setup im afraid that it isnt going to be enough since I have a l/a ic, ported head, cams, oversize exhaust valves, and a catless 3" turbo back. Ive nearly taken that hump out that is right before the wg port inside of the turbine so its really opened up now, is there anything that I might have missed? I really need max air flow.

Why would you go with a holset after hearing about the massive lag and poor transient response?

Because everyone that has used one hasnt matched it to the car, diesels have generally low egts and low exhaust flow and they spool them just fine. This isnt a hokset turbo thread though.

I have now basically completely unshouded the wg flapper and smoothed everything out. My thinking is that if you can get the exhaust through the turbine efficiently and through the wg efficiently it shouldnt be able to back up and blow the wg open and make the boost uncontrollable. The turbine itself should be good for 550-600ish but this housing is really a pile.

the problem is you cant port the flutes inside the housing. thats where the flow really gets choked.

theres plenty of people making big power on the ATP hotsides.

The reason I asked about IWG above is because I'm using the ATP EWG hotside and there is nothing that needs to be done.

From his wording though, I'm guessing it's either IWG or EWG on the mani

Its IWG sorry.

I looked at the flute and it *seems* ok. I took ALOT of material out of the EM flange/iwg area. In a couple spots im kinda worried about the strength now, but there is really alot of material in some areas that can be taken out with no worries.

So I figured out that if you port the wg hole enough the flapper gets stuck on it and may not close all the way.

I figured it out, I put a bevel on the flapper itself and it seats fine now.

i ported mine a lot, just stuck some magnets on there to help with the shavings and went to town, no creep on initial set up: UR catted DP - HTP 3" intake - ETS TMIC. However switching to a front mount i did see boost drop a little, as is to be expected, but when i added a 4" intake i was creeping about 2 psi (8 psi wastegate spring but seeing 10-10.5 psi). intake side effects creep just as much as exhaust side it seems.
