The CS turbo seems to spool like a GTX3071 as far as I can tell (maybe even a tad later) from the logs I've got from a few people, but it it doesn't seem be as potent up top which on a stock block running on pump gas may be desirable.
On a built block with aux fuelling (5/6th port or even just single nozzle meth) people may want more than what a CS turbo has to offer.
