Anyway .. I currently have a CX-7 turbo on my MS6 .. ( long story ) so Im getting an MS3 turbo I picked up from somebody and I am going to do the swap myself .. Im pretty good on cars but have never removed or swapped a turbo .. is there anything in particular I need to know ? Something maybe that some of you have told yourself in the past that you wish you would have known the first time you did one ... ?? If some of you shop guys can tell me anything I would appreciate it .. I read the shop manual and it doesnt look like anything special .. any help is appreciated ........ THANKS ![]() Bump for help

Clamp your coolant lines on the rubber sections so you don't lose coolant all over your garage. Best tip out there. Everything else is pretty straight forward.

yeah i now have ZERO top end .. I was making nice power to 5500 with the previous MS6 turbo but now im falling off at 4500 ... sucks ... Car takes off like a rocket and then it dies off quick.... Strangely enough the car is a treat to drive oon 4th and 5th gear at freeway and higher speeds ... really zips in and out of the lanes nicely with super fast boost response .. its a trade off ... but im ready to get the right turbo back on

No.. you just need another CX-7 Turbo... a pair of them should be the best of both worlds. split the mani, move then in side by side, make a dp and split the intake into two and merge the two pressure side tubes together for the intercooler... LOL!!!
