Default Remove rear door frame to push out dent?

This photo is off the rear door dissembled;



Is that inner metal material the last 'layer' of metal on the inside and I can push the dent out, or is there another 'chamber' behind the outer body?

Pretty sure that if you press on one side, you should be able to see it move on the other at this point...
