Default Bad Wheel Bearing or Hub?

When installing new brake rotors I noticed that the front driver side wheel has a bit of play.

With the wheel off the ground, grabbing the top/bottom of the wheel/tire and push/pull there is a little play and slight clunking sound. Push/Pull on the rotor doesn't do anything, not enough leverage. The other wheels don't have any noticeable play.

The bearing isn't making any noticeable noise when driving (I've had plenty of bad wheel bearings on other cars).

Ideas?

Bad bearing, they are cheap and its not so bad to replace. Dirty, but easy. Just make sure you get a six pack as well
