(Thread Starter) | Not Ranked : 0 score Has anyone put a big rotor on the rear? Searched... only found front axle upgrades. and... would a bigger brake on the rear help much? Consodering that most load during braking in on the front tires.

There is a reason for that.. in for the trolling. During braking there is a significant weight transfer from the back to the front of the car. A car that has a 50-50 F/R weight distribution at constant speed, can have 85-15 F/R weight distribution during braking. This means that the front brakes have to do a lot more work than rear. This is why the front brakes are usually a lot larger than rear brakes and why the braking system sends more force to the front than to the rear when you press the brake pedal. A correct bias exists when all four tires start locking up at the same time as you apply the brake. This makes sure that all four tires are delivering maximum braking force to the car. quick google search so i didnt have to type

| Not Ranked : 0 score You realize that the MS3 has the same size front rotors with better calipers, and that the rear brakes are smaller only because its not nearly as heavy in the ass and doesn't need them, right? Tapadatass

Another fascinating thought brought to you by the same guy who wants to do an intercooler delete and thinks a hood scoop would ram more air into the cylinders. Oh and he can do 0-60 in like 4 seconds!
