All you judgemental kiddies that piled on after I asked a simple question can go back to your day cares. You call that a rant? Grow the fuck up. Check the OP. It has a question mark at the end. That makes it a question. I had always read good things about SU. I did my research. One of you losers even said something about my time frame. Yes, I can't wait 3 weeks for one to come in. I have already paid for my track time and hotel for an upcoming event. There is no way I can hang with much faster and more expensive cars without firmer suspension on the speed3. So mind your own fucking business from now on. You people know who you are. As an update:::::::

Too bad the following did NOT happen.The bar arrived today after it was "rerouted". I have also not seen a credit on my credit card, but I understand that may take a week, or two.

LOL at circumstances.

- OP placed the order friday morning.
- Sam sent email notification of out of stock part.
- Sam leaves early for 2.5 day weekend with family.
- OP replies to sams email to cancel.
- Sam is not here to apply customer request.
- We get our hotchkis shipment early.
- We promptly process order, same day shipping with tracking emailed immediately.

We come back to work today morning seeing his email concern sent late friday night. I have already refunded his card and re-routed the bar back to us and emailed him about it.

1. If you needed it for a track day, you could've called ahead to verify stock status before ordering
2. Without receiving confirmation of cancellation, you should not have ordered the same product from a different vendor
3. Even if SU notified UPS/USPS/Fedex, it would not be unusual for their request to be ignored by the shipping hub/depot/drivers

If you have the box there unopened, why not just send it back? If you're not satisfied with SU's service, you're free to take your business elsewhere.
