Going to be installing a backup camera in my Speed6. Does anyone know which wire going to the reverse bulbs has power?

Just look for yellow loom and tap into any wire in there or try some black wires in that area.

"putting it into reverse, and using a multimeter to check if you're getting +12v between the RED/YEL wires and ground" so red yellow was the reverse wire but dont worry about it since some one just told you.

OP has proven two things:

1. He is lazy and expects everyone to do his work for him. Recipe for real life failure.

2. Even when spoon fed, he can't read far enough down the list to discern the answer. ADHD.

When one is lazy, has attention deficit, and is impatient with those offering help, there's not much incentive to offer any help in the future.

People like you two are the reason this forum isnt 1/10th as busy as it used to be. If the thread isnt worth the time to answer why waste the fucking time to berate the OP. Just move along.

Because we don't need to be enablers. This forum is a gold mine of tech info on this platform. Just about everything that can or will happen to these cars has been identified and discussed in detail.

New users should learn to use the resources and not expect others to do it for them.

The problem is not just here. It is endemic in America and reflected in the low academic achievement on standardized tests compared to other countries against whom we compete.

It's not that these people are of lower intelligence than their peers in more competitive countries, its that they are lazy and we enable that behavior. I will not. This must stop. Tough love.
