without a full timeslip showing 330ft times all i can do is guess (accepting that the markers are properly placed and the times are accurate) .... his 60ft isnt anything special ...plenty of guys have cut high 1.7s very few low 1.7s and only one high 1.6s .... .... on the other hand up until this run the only 7.5 in the 8th was anthony (driver311) with a low 1.71 and enough power to make the number .... David (MZRSPEED) on the other hand is the only one (MS3) that has seen 1.6s (1.688 i believe) yet he couldnt clear the 8th better than 7.6s from lack of power obviously ..... getting back to the OP .... his 60ft was weaker than Anthony's but his 8th was quicker so he obviously made up time between the 60-660 ..... thats a no brainer since op ran about 5mph faster in the 8th than Anthony....

moral of the story ...... at least with a 26x8.5x15 M&H the best 60fts are going to be achieved between 350-425 whp 1st gear (the poos have an advantage over the gen1s i believe though with the ratios but use what u got) ..... by second gear i am sure mid 400s to 500s is doable traction wise .....

im old skool ... idk at what point ET's were traded for mph on this forum but this shit is drag racing and mph dont count for shit if u leaving a trail of horsepower in the form of two black stripes.....

p.s. Julio (JCMS07) car will be fired up this weekend with the new gtx3076 atp EWG vs his pos s2 bnr from 3-4 years ago thats blown to shit ..... we are hoping with Nishans help we can make low 400s on e85 + meth and run an 11.5 at 120mph .... that is my goal for him ... he's cut 1.73s at Fontana (super shitty track) ....once we make the trip to bakersfield and some dialing in i know he will accomplish that easily (he's run abest of 12.006 at 114 with 330-340whp)

Drag racing as a sport is quite a skilled dicipline, but as far as being a true benchmark for a cars performance, I think a full mile, followed by measured stopping distance is a better test.
